Overview

Maynard Nexsen’s Des Moines office opened in March of 2022 and is our first brick-and-mortar in the Midwest and thirteenth office location overall. The move is part of an ongoing strategy to strengthen Maynard Nexsen’s presence in the Midwest, where many of our clients are headquartered.

Des Moines is home to many insurance, financial services and agribusiness companies, and we are pleased to be a part of such a thriving business region.

Attorneys in the Des Moines office serve clients nationwide on class actions, ERISA litigation, product liability, commercial litigation, business and estate disputes, as well as matters before state and federal administrative agencies.

Maynard Nexsen’s office is located in the 801 Grand Building, the tallest building in Iowa, rising 44 stories above downtown Des Moines.
