Overview
Catherine is an Associate in the Firm’s Litigation Section and a member of the Product Liability Practice, which defends businesses and manufacturers across the industry spectrum in a wide array of federal and state product liability claims with a goal of diligently pursuing dispositive motions and avoiding litigation.
Catherine’s practice is not limited exclusively to product liability. She also assists with matters involving general liability and business litigation disputes, property use claims, and environmental laws.
Catherine holds a J.D., cum laude, from The University of Alabama School of Law and served as Editor in Chief of The Alabama Civil Rights and Civil Liberties Law Review. She is a graduate of Auburn University where she earned a B.A., summa cum laude, in Political Science.
