Overview
Cindy is a Shareholder and experienced litigator of the Firm's Insurance and Financial Services Litigation Practice Group.
She brings to the firm over seven years of experience representing corporations in managed care litigation as well as matters relating to life, health, and disability coverage. She has successfully negotiated and resolved ERISA/Non-ERISA claim disputes while managing the daily tasks related to ERISA and bad faith liability actions through all stages of litigation. She also has experience representing carriers in individual claims and sales practice cases in state and federal courts throughout California.
Cindy spent two summers working internationally as a summer associate in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, where she gained global experience spanning several legal industries. She is also fluent in Arabic.
