Andy leads Maynard Nexsen's Government Solutions Group. His experiences in transactional, financial, and regulatory matters include:
- General Counsel Services – Legal and strategic business advice including Strategic Planning and Communications, Target Acquisition, Executive Hiring, and Incentive Plans
- Contracts and Compliance Counsel – FAR Counsel, Bid Protests, Claims, Joint Venture Arrangements, Teaming Arrangements, Strategic Entity Formation, Negotiated Government IP Rights, Security Compliance, SBA Rules, and FAA Rules
- Transaction/Finance Counsel – Mergers & Acquisitions, ESOP Financing, Bank/Borrower Counsel in Government Contractor Lending Transactions, State and Local Abatements, Economic Incentives, Bond/Issuer Counsel in Public Finance Transactions, USDA and SBA guaranteed loans
Prior to joining Maynard, Andy served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable C. Lynwood Smith, Jr., United States District Court, Northern District of Alabama from 1995-1996.
