Overview
Jennifer has represented buyers, sellers, borrowers, lenders and developers in a wide range of commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions and financings. Her commercial lending practice includes the representation of lenders and borrowers in both secured and unsecured and multi-state transactions. She has over fifteen years of experience in the agency lending arena, representing lenders making loans nationwide under the Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac multifamily lending programs. In the course of these representations, Jennifer draws on both her real estate experience and commercial finance background to evaluate the impact of zoning, easements, and title matters on the properties securing the financings.
Jennifer has been recognized in The Best Lawyers in America© in the areas of Banking and Finance Law, Commercial Finance Law, and Project Finance Law. She earned her J.D. from the Vanderbilt University School of Law and a B.A. from Washington and Lee University.
