Overview
Kaylee is an Associate in the Firm’s Complex & Commercial Litigation practice group and a member of the Product Liability practice, which defends businesses and manufacturers across various industries against a broad range of product liability claims in both federal and state courts. Additionally, Kaylee is skilled in advising businesses on a wide array of corporate governance and compliance issues.
Kaylee earned her J.D., cum laude, from Cumberland School of Law. There, she served as Managing Editor of the Cumberland Law Review and as Chief Justice of the Henry Upson Moot Court Board. Kaylee was a national quarterfinalist for the ABA National Moot Court Team, received Cumberland's highest merit scholarship for finishing her first year at the top of her class, and received CALI Awards in Torts, Professional Responsibility, Constitutional Law, and American Law Practice and Procedure. She holds a B.A., magna cum laude, in Communication Studies from the University of Alabama.
