Overview
Kyle is an experienced Shareholder in Maynard Nexsen’s Health Care and Public Finance practice groups.
His practice focuses on providing transactional, public finance, and general corporate services to businesses operating throughout the health care industry. Kyle's experience encompasses federal and state regulatory compliance issues, employment matters, and health care related transactions. He assists businesses in a broad range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, business structure, formation and reorganization, and contract negotiation.
In the health care public finance space, Kyle works on various types of transactions, including publicly offered bond financings, tax-exempt direct lending transactions, disclosure issues, tax-exempt compliance, and mergers and acquisitions involving governmental and 501(c)(3) health care entities.
He earned his B.A. from Kansas State University, and he holds a J.D., cum laude, from Cumberland School of Law. Prior to private practice, Kyle was a judicial intern for Chief Justice Karon O. Bowdre, United States District Court for the Northern District of Alabama.
