Overview

Mark Redditt's practice is devoted exclusively to civil litigation matters. He has served as counsel for numerous manufacturers in environmental litigation, appearing in state and federal courts throughout Alabama. Mark has also represented manufacturers in products liability actions and has extensive experience in trucking and automobile litigation.

Mark also has more than twenty years experience representing governmental entities and agencies and was the primary litigation attorney for a large Alabama municipality for ten of those years. In that capacity he defended the municipality in numerous jury trials and has been involved in many state and federal appellate decisions. Mark has litigated virtually all types of claims made against governmental entities and employees, including numerous civil rights claims. He also has extensive experience in representing governmental entities in storm water drainage litigation.

Mark also worked for the State of Alabama Oil and Gas Board in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, and has represented both corporations and individuals in oil and gas related matters.
