Overview
Rebecca Jennings is an Associate with our Employment and Labor Law practice group in the Firm's Greenville, South Carolina office. Before joining, Rebecca served as a South Carolina Supreme Court Judicial Clerk for The Honorable Justice Kittredge, where she recommended dispositional outcomes to the Court prior to oral arguments and researched and briefed various issues, including matters raised in insurance and post-conviction relief cases. Rebecca also served under The Honorable Edward Miller as a Thirteenth Circuit Judicial Clerk, drafting and reviewing proposed orders.
During law school, Rebecca worked as a Summer Clerk for the Thirteenth Circuit Solicitor's Office and as a Summer Associate for Maynard Nexsen. Rebecca earned her law degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Richmond School of Law, where she was the manuscript editor for the University of Richmond Law Review. She also received her B.A. in history with a minor in chemistry from the University of Richmond.

Outside of the office, Rebecca volunteers with the Junior League of Greenville, enjoys running, and playing golf and tennis.
