Overview
Seth is a trusted advisor to companies, legal departments, private equity firms, and startups seeking sophisticated, business-minded intellectual property counsel. His practice spans the full spectrum of intellectual property protection and enforcement, including patents, trademarks, trade dress, copyrights, and trade secrets, with a particular focus on aligning intellectual property strategy with business objectives. He has particular experience and expertise in representing companies in the chemical, life sciences, convenience store, retail, software, consumer products, themed entertainment, and HVAC industries. Serving as an extension of in-house legal teams, Seth partners closely with the team members to provide seamless, proactive support across the entire innovation and brand lifecycle- from initial clearance and protection to portfolio management, licensing, and litigation. While managing the intellectual property portfolios of leading companies, he offers pragmatic and strategic advice and efficient and cost-effective solutions for worldwide intellectual property protection and enforcement.
