  • Noteworthy Defense: We presently serve as national counsel, or trial counsel for multiple defendants in the PFAS federal court multi district litigation, including representing a leading manufacturer of commercial and industrial fire extinguishers and a leading manufacturer of protective clothing.  We are also one of the only law firms in the country to have successfully defended against PFAS contamination claims in a state court jury trial.
