Ken Lewis Named to Lawyers of Color’s Inaugural Nation’s Best List

Lawyers of Color is a nonprofit devoted to promoting diversity in the legal profession and advancing democracy and equality in marginalized communities. The group is respected for its celebration of attorneys of color and its research and studies regarding the intersection of the legal profession and social justice.
The Nation’s Best List selection committee, comprised of fellows, advisers and editorial staff, selected attorneys from across the nation who had noteworthy accomplishments and demonstrated a commitment to diversity and inclusion in the legal profession.
With over three decades of experience, Ken has established a reputation of being highly effective in corporate, merger and acquisitions and securities matters. He has served businesses in financial services, technology, life science, health care, insurance, sports and entertainment, manufacturing and more.
Ken serves as Chair of the Nexsen Pruet Diversity Committee, overseeing the firm’s continual efforts to promote inclusion, as well as the Nexsen Pruet Diversity Scholarship Program which has awarded $120,000 in the last 10 years.
