Firm adds another experienced shareholder to Upstate office

David’s practice emphasizes creative and strategic approaches to complex litigation, contracts, and governmental relations. David joins the Firm from the Greenville office of Nelson Mullins. A seasoned litigator with ten years of experience, his practice focuses on commercial litigation and business torts, labor and employment, government relations, contracts, and business services. David is licensed in North and South Carolina and regularly litigates throughout the country.
