Nexsen Pruet's Economic Development Attorneys Among the Best in the South

Southern Business & Development has named Nexsen Pruet as one of the best economic development law firms in the South.

The 2018 list was compiled for the magazine's 25th anniversary edition by the Southern Economic Development Roundtable, an invitation-only group of "60 of the best minds in economic development in the South."

According to SB&D:

"There are other professionals outside of economic developers that need to be involved in your investment to see it through in the American South. Law firms that specialize in economic development practices are experts in multidisciplinary approaches to your project."

Nexsen Pruet's Economic Development Team was recognized for their real estate, tax and incentives, environmental and government relations work.

Since 2008, the trade publication has released three versions of the list and Nexsen Pruet is proud to have been included each time. Ernie Pearson, a Member based in the firm's Raleigh, North Carolina office, was featured in a 2012 SB&D article on law firms' increasing role in site selection. He is the firm's primary representative on the 2018 Best Economic Development Law Firms list.
