Overview
Adrianne is Of Counsel in Maynard Nexsen’s Real Estate practice group. Her practice is concentrated on commercial real estate matters.
Adrianne provides comprehensive assistance and guidance to clients across a wide range of real estate transactions, representing multi-family and other property owners, developers, sellers and buyers. She advises her clients on the various ownership structures available for real property purchases, detailing the benefits and risks associated with each entity type, negotiates purchase and sale agreements, assists with financing, and helps structure 1031 exchanges.
Adrianne also advises landlords and tenants on commercial and residential leasing matters. She has experience supporting residential real estate, landlord/tenant matters, business litigation and land use litigation matters.
Adrianne holds a J.D., magna cum laude, from the Elon University School of Law. She earned her undergraduate degree, magna cum laude, from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington.
