Overview
Allison is an Associate in the Maynard Nexsen’s Real Estate practice group.
Allison’s practice focuses on the representation of borrowers and lenders in commercial loans; buyers, sellers, and developers in the acquisition, development and disposition of real estate projects; and landlords, and tenants in commercial leasing. She has experience supporting real estate and restructuring work.
Allison grew up in Huntsville, Alabama before attending Birmingham-Southern College, where she graduated cum laude with a degree in Political Science and was a member Pi Sigma Alpha Political Science Honor Society. She earned her J.D. from the Cumberland School of Law, where she served as an Associate Editor for the Cumberland Law Review.
