Overview
Ben is an Associate in Maynard Nexsen’s Real Estate practice group. His practice is comprised of a wide range of real estate matters, including the acquisition, disposition, financing and leasing of real property.
Ben has experience helping clients navigate a variety of complex real estate transactions involving office, warehouse, hospitality, retail and mixed-use projects across the country. Ben has represented buyers, sellers, borrowers and lenders on matters ranging from single-property acquisitions to large, multi-state portfolio deals.
Ben holds a J.D., cum laude, from the Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law. He also earned his M.B.A. from the SMU Cox School of Business through a joint program while in law school so that he could both solve legal issues and approach every situation with a business-oriented mindset to add the most value possible for the client. Ben received his B.B.A. in Legal Studies, summa cum laude, from the University of Central Oklahoma.
