Brooke Baird

Brooke is an Associate in the Corporate & Business Transactions Practice Group, which assists clients ranging in size from emerging businesses to large corporations in all aspects of their legal responsibilities, strategic initiatives, and operations, including matters involving corporate governance, business formation, tax, equity and debt financings, contract negotiations, and regulatory compliance. Brooke also works with the Firm’s Mergers & Acquisitions Group to assist businesses, private equity firms, and venture capital investors with mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and other transactions.

Brooke received her J.D. from Washington and Lee University School of Law, graduating cum laude. While in law school, Brooke was an editor for the Journal of Civil Rights and Social Justice and a representative for the Antitrust and Competition Law Society. She holds a B.A. in Economics and Spanish from Wofford College.
