Chase Mays

Chase is an Associate in Maynard Nexsen’s Private Markets practice group.

During law school, Chase served as a Summer Associate at Maynard Nexsen and a boutique litigation firm. In these roles, he gained experience representing private equity funds in roll-up transactions and advising clients on issues related to entity formation and regulatory compliance.

Chase holds a J.D. from the Vanderbilt University Law School, where he served as managing editor of the Vanderbilt Law Review. He earned a B.S. in Business Administration, summa cum laude, and a B.S. in Economics, summa cum laude, from Birmingham-Southern College.
