Overview
Chase is an Associate in Maynard Nexsen's Insurance practice group. He focuses his practice on representing insurance carriers in disputes regarding breach of contract and bad faith.
Prior to joining Maynard Nexsen, Chase practiced insurance law at a regional litigation and appellate firm based in Silicon Valley. While in law school, he interned for both the Civil and Criminal branches of the San Diego City Attorney's Office, as well as a Judge in the United States District Court for the Southern District of California.
Chase earned his J.D. from the University of San Diego School of Law, cum laude, where he was a member of the San Diego Law Review and Lefkowitz Moot Court Team. He holds a B.S. in Environmental Science from the University of California, Berkeley.
