Overview

Connor is an Associate in Maynard Nexsen’s Construction and Complex & Commercial Litigation practice groups.

Connor has experience in all levels of litigation. As a student caseworker in the Washington and Lee Advanced Administrative Litigation Clinic (Black Lung), Connor conducted discovery, examined witnesses and argued evidentiary motions in administrative hearings, and handled appeals to the Benefits Review Board and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. In this role, he received a favorable ruling in the Third Circuit in Consol PA Coal Co. v. Dir., OWCP, No 23-1892, 2024 WL 4210533 (3d Cir. Sept. 17, 2024).

During law school, Connor interned for the Hon. C. Darnell Jones II of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and served as a Summer Associate for Maynard Nexsen.

Connor holds a J.D., cum laude, from the Washington and Lee University School of Law, where he served as Lead Articles Editor for the Washington and Lee Law Review. He earned his B.A. in Government, Law, and National Security, summa cum laude, from Misericordia University, where he served as Captain of the school’s NCAA Men’s Soccer Team.
