Overview
An Associate on our real estate team, Emily Caldwell is experienced in handling a variety of complex commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, developments, and financing of real property. She brings her vast knowledge of real estate law and commitment to efficiently solving her client's problems to every matter. Emily assists with the real estate portion of loan transactions involving guarantees issued by the United States Department of Agriculture.
Prior to joining the firm, Emily worked for a large, full-service law firm where she assisted clients with a variety of real estate matters, such as advising lenders on due diligence matters, negotiating title insurance for complex lending transactions, and resolving title issues in connection with disposition of commercial real estate. Emily also previously worked for multiple boutique law firms, gaining experience in both commercial real estate issues and civil litigation matters.
Emily earned her undergraduate degrees, summa cum laude, from the University of Alabama before graduating from the University of Alabama School of Law with her J.D.

When not in the office, you can find Emily cheering "Roll Tide" at Alabama football games.
