Overview
Grace is a Shareholder of the Maynard Nexsen Insurance and Financial Services Litigation practice.
She has a diverse, national litigation practice, focusing primarily on commercial litigation. Her practice varies from complex contractual disputes, class action litigation, civil RICO litigation, intellectual property disputes, labor and employment litigation to appellate litigation at both the state and federal level. She joined The Firm as a shareholder in 2023 after fifteen years of practice with a prominent litigation boutique, where she was a partner. She loves going to trial and has been part of multiple trials across the country, securing several record-breaking verdicts. She is also often called on in the late stages of a case to bring fresh eyes to trial preparation and to observe the trial, and identify possible appellate issues.
Grace’s experience and success have earned her recognition by Super Lawyers since 2012, and she has been recognized by Best Lawyers in America since 2019 in Commercial Litigation, Banking and Finance Law, and Appellate Practice.
After graduating from the University of Virginia in three years, she received her J.D. from the University of Alabama, graduating first in her class.
