Overview
Hannah is an Associate in Maynard Nexsen’s Intellectual Property practice group.
Hannah has experience preparing and prosecuting complex patents in the chemistry and biochemistry fields. She has helped clients in managing international patent portfolios and navigating correspondence with the USPTO and other patent offices globally. Hannah also has experience in patent transactional matters, including Joint Development Agreements and Material Transfer Agreements.
During law school, Hannah served as a Summer Associate at Maynard Nexsen and practiced before the U.S. Trademark Office as part of the Wake Forest Intellectual Property Clinic. In that role, Hannah assisted clients in the clearance, registration, and assignment of trademarks and copyrights.
Hannah graduated summa cum laude from Wake Forest University School of Law, where she served as an editorial staff member for the Wake Forest Law Review. She earned a B.S. in Chemical Engineering, magna cum laude, and a B.A. in Spanish, magna cum laude, from Iowa State University.
Outside Maynard Nexsen
When not at work, Hannah enjoys downhill skiing, hiking, and (trying) to train her golden retriever, Ruby.
