Jordan Lacy

Jordan is Of Counsel in Maynard Nexsen’s Private Markets Group. She has over twelve years of experience working with some of the nation’s leading law firms as a transactional attorney.

With a practice focus in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, investment transactions, and joint ventures, Jordan works with companies and investors across a wide variety of industries. She also represents sponsors and investors in secondary market transactions. Jordan has extensive experience in all facets of the transaction process, including conducting due diligence and drafting and analyzing deal documentation. She also regularly drafts commercial contracts, including vendor contracts and services agreements.

Jordan earned her J.D., cum laude, from The University of Michigan Law School, and she holds a B.A. from Northwestern University.
