Overview
Jordan is an Associate in Maynard Nexsen’s Insurance practice group. His practice focuses on ERISA litigation and benefits matters.
Jordan levies his diverse legal experience to achieve successful outcomes for life and disability carriers in ERISA disputes. He is skilled in supporting business litigation, insurance litigation and insurance coverage disputes.
Prior to joining Maynard Nexsen, Jordan practiced corporate law and advised public and private companies on mergers and acquisitions. He has experience putting together complex deals for clients to obtain positive results for his clients, previously working in the business litigation department of an international law firm.
Jordan holds a J.D. from the University of Wisconsin Law School, where he served as President of the Moot Court Board, Business & Articles Editor of the Wisconsin Law Review and Academic Achievement Chair of the Black Law Students Association. He earned his B.S. in Criminal Justice from Truman State University.
