Overview
Julia is an Associate in Maynard Nexsen's Real Estate practice group. Her practice encompasses a wide range of commercial real estate matters, with a focus on acquisitions, dispositions, financing, development, and leasing.
Drawing on her diverse experience, Julia serves a varied clientele including real estate developers, investors, and corporate entities. She brings a keen understanding of the complex dynamics involved in commercial real estate transactions, offering valuable insights and strategic counsel to the firm’s clients.
Prior to joining the firm, Julia honed her skills during law school at a Fortune 500 infrastructure engineering and construction company. This experience provided her with hands-on exposure to contract drafting and negotiation, real estate acquisitions and dispositions, and intricate lending and investment transactions.
Julia holds a J.D., cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law, where she served as Managing Editor of the University of Miami Business Law Review. She earned her B.S. in Public Relations, cum laude, from the University of Florida.
