Justin Condit

Justin represents employers in a wide range of employment law matters, with a particular focus in the financial services industry. He litigates employment law claims in state and federal courts as well as before administrative agencies and arbitration forums, including the EEOC, AAA, and FINRA. In addition to litigating on behalf of employers, Justin also advises employers on various workplace employment issues.

Prior to joining Maynard Nexsen, Justin was a partner at a full-service law firm in New Jersey. He previously served as a law clerk to the Honorable Thomas C. Miller of the Superior Court of New Jersey.

Justin holds a J.D., magna cum laude, from Seton Hall University School of Law, where he was inducted into the Order of the Coif. During law school, Justin served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Faith S. Hochberg of the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. He earned his B.B.A. in Finance, magna cum laude, from Villanova University.

Outside Maynard Nexsen

Outside of work, Justin and his family enjoy spending time at the beach in Bradley Beach, New Jersey with their two Shetland Sheepdogs.
