Lindsay Whitworth

Lindsay is a Shareholder with Maynard Nexsen's Real Estate Practice. She has experience handling all aspects of real estate transactions and the complex issues that often arise during real estate projects. Lindsay represents developers through property acquisition, financing, construction, and property management. She also represents lenders on construction and permanent financing deals. She has extensive knowledge of and experience conducting thorough due diligence in a wide range of matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Lindsay was Associate Counsel for one of the largest national retail specialty chains in America. In this role, she assisted with the management of a 250+ lease portfolio, including negotiating new leases, and worked closely with one its subsidiaries in the areas of acquisitions, construction, financing and leasing of shopping center developments.

Lindsay is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers. She earned her J.D. magna cum laude from Cumberland School of Law and her B.A. summa cum laude from Auburn University.
