Luca S. Neuhaus

Luca is an Associate in Maynard Nexsen’s Corporate & Business Transactions practice group.

Prior to joining Maynard Nexsen, Luca practiced law at a boutique business and immigration firm. He has experience supporting the expansion of foreign businesses into the U.S., including hiring strategy, financial projections, stock ledger and E-2 visa compliance. 

Luca is skilled in preparing EB-2 national interest waiver petitions and EB1-A extraordinarily ability petitions, including legal arguments and supporting evidence. He has managed the filing process for H-1B petitions and H-4 applications, involving Labor Condition Applications, I-612 waivers and support letter draftings. Luca also has experience with various investment and skill-based visa categories, such as E-2, O-1, EB-1 and the naturalization process.

Luca holds a J.D. from the University of South Carolina Joseph F. Rice School of Law, where he was inducted into the Order of the Wig and Robe and recieved a CALI Award for Mergers & Acquisitions. He earned his B.S. in International Business/Management from the WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management in Germany.

When not at work, Luca enjoys tennis, reading, running, soccer and history.
