Overview
Beth Jowers’ practice focuses on all aspects of civil litigation, from the simplest of disputes to complex legal quandaries. For over 15 years, Beth has provided legal advice to a variety of clients including legal and design professionals, corporations, insurance companies, and small businesses. With experience in Federal, State, Administrative, and local courts, Beth has the trial experience to provide clients with thorough and effective representation. No stranger to Alternative Dispute Resolution, Beth has also represented many clients in mediation and arbitration both at the state and federal levels.
Prior to joining the Firm, Beth was partner with a regional law firm with offices throughout the Southeast, gaining valuable experience and professional contacts. Prior to attending law school, she worked in the securities industry and while in law school served as a clerk for the South Carolina Office of the Attorney General's Securities and Civil Divisions.
Originally from Atlanta, Georgia, Beth earned her undergraduate degree from Furman University (1994) and received her JD from the University of South Carolina School of Law (2000). She maintains an AV rating through Martindale Hubbell.
