Overview
Nancy is a Shareholder in Maynard Nexsen's Trusts, Estates, Fiduciaries and Family Business practice group.
Nancy is experienced in supporting estate, trust and business succession planning. She is also skilled in taxation, probate, family wealth transfer, fiduciary law and powers of attorney.
Outside of Maynard Nexsen, Nancy serves as an adjunct professor at the Samford University Cumberland School of Law and for the L.L.M. and M.T.A. programs at the University of Alabama.
Nancy's skills have earned her a prestigious Band 1 ranking by Chambers and Partners in Private Wealth Law.
Nancy holds a J.D., summa cum laude, from the Samford University Cumberland School of Law, where she was a member of the Cumberland Law Review. She earned her B.A. in Political Science, cum laude, from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
