Patterson Johnston Webb

Patterson is an associate and member of Maynard Nexsen’s Private Markets Practice Group and the firm’s Venture Capital and Emerging Growth teams.

She concentrates her practice on advising and providing legal counsel to investor-backed businesses ranging in size from start-ups to large operating companies. While the clients she assists span various industries, Patterson has a particular focus in the technology and healthcare sectors. Her experience includes assisting with acquisitions, divestitures, and other strategic initiatives, financing, structuring businesses, and drafting and reviewing business and operational contracts.

Patterson received her J.D. from The University of Alabama School of Law. She also holds a B.S. in Commerce and Business Administration with a specialization in Healthcare Analytics from the University of Alabama, where she graduated summa cum laude.
