Philip Boyd

Philip is an Associate in Maynard Nexsen’s Real Estate Practice Group. The Real Estate Group has extensive experience regularly representing clients in all aspects of commercial real estate, including acquisition, disposition, development, and leasing matters.

Philip holds a B.S. in Finance from the University of Alabama, where he graduated summa cum laude. Philip received his J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Alabama School of Law, where he was a Hugo L. Black Scholar, elected to the Order of the Coif, and was an editor of and published in the Alabama Law Review.
