Sadler S. McKeen

Sadler is an Associate at Maynard Nexsen and a member of the Firm's Private Markets practice group and Venture Capital and Emerging Growth teams. Sadler also works with the Mergers & Acquisitions group. He concentrates his practice on advising and providing legal counsel to investor-backed businesses ranging in size from start-ups to large operating companies across various industries.

Sadler holds a J.D. from the Samford University Cumberland School of Law. During law school, Sadler served as a summer associate at Maynard Nexsen, an editor for the American Journal of Trial Advocacy, a lead admissions ambassador, and received awards for Scholar of Merit in Professional Responsibilities and Natural Resource Law.

He earned his M.B.A from the Samford University Brock School of Business, where he was a member of Beta Gamma Sigma.

Sadler holds a B.B.A. in Finance from the University of Notre Dame. At Notre Dame, Sadler was a member of the school’s NCAA Division I Men’s Swimming & Diving Team, for which he served as Team Captain and was named a two-time All-American, two-time All ACC Academic Team, ten-time ACC Championship Finalist, four-time ACC Academic Honor Roll, and four-time Notre Dame Monogram Club Winner.
