Shruti Jaishankar

Shruti is an Associate of the Firm's Securities Litigation Section, where she primarily defends financial institutions in FINRA arbitrations. She is experienced in litigating a wide range of issues for some of the largest financial institutions in the United States. She has handled cases alleging unsuitability, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, and operations-based matters. She also has experience handling privacy and cybersecurity disputes.
