Overview
Stuart Roberts has two and a half decades of experience assisting employers in resolving workplace issues, both as a litigator and a counselor. His primary expertise lies in defending against lawsuits and arbitration claims filed by employees under federal and state discrimination laws, wage and hour laws, whistleblower statutes, and other employment-related regulations.
Stuart makes an effort to understand each client's business, including the products they create, the services they offer, and the internal culture they strive to uphold. This knowledge enables him to provide tailored advice that aligns with each client's unique characteristics, needs, and strategies. For instance, Stuart guides employers through employee discipline and termination processes with a focus on consistent outcomes and litigation avoidance. He also develops customized employment policies, handbooks, and agreements for C-suite executives and other key employees.
