Overview
Veronica is an Associate in Maynard Nexsen’s Banking & Credit practice group.
She works on a wide range of commercial lending transactions, supporting national and regional banks and other financial institutions in syndicated and single-lender transactions, with a focus on asset-based loans.
Prior to joining Maynard Nexsen, Veronica practiced commercial finance law at a specialized corporate firm.
Veronica serves as Deputy President for Region VII (Alabama, Georgia, Mississippi) of the National Hispanic Bar Association, providing strategic guidance for the region.
Veronica holds a J.D., magna cum laude, from the Georgia State University College of Law, where she was inducted into the Order of the Coif. She earned her B.A. in Political Science, cum laude, from Georgia State University.
