Will A. Smith

Will is a member of Maynard Nexsen’s Litigation Section.

He is an experienced litigator, trial attorney and counselor who primarily represents companies and individuals involved in complex business disputes. Will’s law practice covers a broad spectrum of matters, including business torts, litigation involving real property, shareholder actions, commercial contract disputes, and administrative actions before federal administrative law judges. He has first-chair trial experience and has represented a wide range of clients in matters in federal and state courts, as well as in various arbitrations and mediations across the United States. He has a reputation for aggressive, but professional representation, responsiveness to clients, and ensuring that all matters are handled in both an effective and efficient manner.
