Overview
Zachary is an Associate in Maynard Nexsen’s Labor & Employment practice group.
Zachary has experience supporting a variety of litigation matters, including general commercial litigation, constitutional litigation, employment litigation and election litigation. He is skilled in advising clients directly, conducting document review, preparing for and defending depositions, and drafting non-disclosure agreements, consents, notices, security agreements, appellate briefs, demand letters, discovery documents, EEOC complaints, motions and filings.
Prior to joining Maynard Nexsen, Zachary was an associate at a national law firm and a boutique political and election law firm. He also clerked for the Hon. Gregory N. Stivers of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Kentucky.
Zachary holds a J.D. from the Duke University School of Law, where he served as staff editor for the Duke Journal of Constitutional Law and Public Policy. He earned his B.A. in History, magna cum laude, from Eastern Kentucky University.
