MAYNARD CONTINUES EXPANSION WITHIN HOSPITALITY/ENTERTAINMENT WITH RECENT REPRESENTATION OF TRACKHOUSE ENTERTAINMENT PURCHASE OF CHIP GANASSI RACING ASSETS
NASHVILLE, TN (December 2, 2021) — Maynard & Gale (Maynard), in the Firm’s growing Nashville presence and continued expansion into hospitality and entertainment, recently represented Trackhouse Entertainment Group in the acquisition of all Chip Ganassi’s NASCAR assets, including equipment, IP, and two charters. Maynard will continue to represent Trackhouse Entertainment as the company pursues innovative plans to marry the cultures of motorsports and music.

The Trackhouse Entertainment work is just the latest in a number of deals and projects for Maynard as it builds a growing hospitality and entertainment practice within the Nashville market. In recent months, Maynard has been involved with the initial Music City Grand Prix, along with several national and international hotel developers and golf course resort developers in their Nashville development efforts. Maynard also worked to negotiate the NASCAR sponsorship deal between Trackhouse and the iconic Nashville brand Tootsies’ World Famous Orchid Lounge, Ryman Hospitality, and the Nashville Visitor and Convention Corporation, which was unveiled earlier this week on Lower Broadway.
