Chotsani J. Holifield

Chotsani is an Associate in Maynard Nexsen’s Corporate & Business Transactions practice group and a member of the Complex Contracting & Technology group. Her practice is focused on developing customized and form contracts for clients who provide and procure goods, services, software, and technology.

Chotsani received her J.D. from Cumberland School of Law, where she served as Articles Editor for the American Journal of Trial Advocacy and a member of the Henry Upson Moot Court Board. Chotsani was part of an inaugural contracts clinic for a large insurance broker and was named third-place best advocate at the Regional ABA National Appellate Advocacy Competition. She also holds a B.A. in Political Science, magna cum laude, from Samford University.

Chotsani has volunteered her time with King’s Home, Grace Klein, Cornerstone Elementary School, and various other community initiatives as a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated.
