Overview
Keaton Teynor is an Associate in the Firm’s Private Markets Practice Group, and he is principally focused on the representation of venture capital and private equity funds and their portfolio companies.
Prior to joining Maynard Nexsen, Keaton was a corporate associate for an international law firm in Washington D.C. Keaton also worked for the U.S. Senate Homeland Security and Government Affairs Committee, as well as the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
Keaton received his J.D. from the Georgetown University Law Center and his B.B.A. in Finance from the University of Toledo.
