Cynthia Lamar-Hart Leads Breaking the Glass Ceiling Discussion with ACTEC
Maynard Shareholder Cynthia Lamar-Hart recently moderated a panel discussion for the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC). The video was a featured Women's History Month discussion on ACTEC's history of inclusion and diversity. Cynthia interviewed some of the earliest female leaders of the College as they discussed how ACTEC has grown and changed to become more inclusive, diverse, and aware.
Cynthia is an ACTEC Fellow, and chair of the Diversity, Equity and Inclusivity Committee. Others featured in the Glass Ceiling video include ACTEC Fellow Carlyn S. McCaffrey who was the second female president of the College; ACTEC Fellow Rhonda H. Brink who was the first female elected from Texas; and current ACTEC President Ann B. Burns.
