Evan Parrott Named to Mobile Bay Magazine's 2024 40 Under 40 Class
Mobile Bay Magazine recognized Evan Parrott, Shareholder and Member of Maynard Nexsen’s Bankruptcy and Restructuring practice group, to their 2024 “40 Under 40” class.
The annual list honors the top individuals who demonstrate leadership, professional excellence, community involvement and a commitment to the Mobile area before the age of 40. The 2024 class hails from a mix of industry, professional, arts, medicine, education and community sectors.

Evan has a solid reputation in law, with several awards to back it up. He has been named a Mid-South Super Lawyers “Rising Star” in business bankruptcy every year since 2020, was selected for the National Conference of Bankruptcy Judges Next Generation Program Class of 2022 and has been listed in the Best Lawyers in America’s Ones to Watch list every year since 2021. He is a leader at Maynard Nexsen, chairing the Mobile office recruiting program for the past five years. He is the vice-chair of the Alabama State Bar’s Bankruptcy and Commercial Law Section, has served as a member of the Senior Bowl committee for the past seven years and has taught multiple courses as an adjunct professor in the Political Science and Law department at Spring Hill College.
