Jennie Cluverius Quoted on Attorney Work-Life Balance
Jennie Cluverius, Managing Member of Nexsen Pruet's Greenville office, was recently quoted in the S.C. Lawyers Weekly article, "Life is not a pie chart: Why flexibility might be the key to finding balance."
The article details attorney's struggle to find an appropriate work-life balance and the policies firms are implementing to encourage employees to have a life outside the office. These changes include allowing lawyers and staff to work from home or while traveling and utilizing technology to have more freedom and flexibility.

Jennifer Cluverius, a managing partner at Nexsen Pruet in Greenville, said that her firm has adopted a similar perspective, and now encourages its lawyers to keep their perspectives in proper order, with work falling behind family. Good personal relationships are often formed among attorneys who readily cover for one another so that activities such as baseball games and dance recitals aren’t missed.
