Maynard Nexsen Adds Seasoned Litigation Partner
Maynard Nexsen, a full-service law firm with 24 offices across the United States, is pleased to welcome Albert Tong as a Partner in the Firm’s Complex & Commercial Litigation practice group.
Albert has broad experience in various complex litigation matters, with an emphasis in co-founder disputes, large infrastructure construction projects and commercial disputes. An experienced litigator, Albert maintains a national practice, having litigated and tried matters in California, Georgia, Nevada and Texas. He has appeared in JAMS, AAA, ARIAS and ICC arbitration tribunals. He represents private and public companies, multinational companies, public entities, investors, founders and entrepreneurs.

Prior to joining Maynard Nexsen, Albert was a litigation partner at a California-based firm. He holds a J.D. from the George Washington University Law School and an A.B. from the University of California, Berkeley.
