Maynard Nexsen Welcomes Experienced Telecommunications Attorney
Maynard Nexsen, a full-service law firm with 24 offices across the United States, is pleased to announce the addition of J. Bradford “Brad” Currier as Of Counsel in the Firm’s Corporate & Business Transactions practice group. Brad has over a decade of experience focused on broadband and telecommunications matters.
Brad advocates for service providers and industry partners before federal and state agencies regarding broadband infrastructure deployment and government funding opportunities. He advises established and start-up service providers on federal wireless spectrum policy, including spectrum auctions involving mid- and high-frequency bands supporting wireless technologies.

Prior to joining Maynard Nexsen, Brad served as legal counsel in private practice and state and federal government, previously working with the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) Enforcement Bureau. He received the Enforcement Bureau Chief’s Award for his substantial contributions to the FCC’s public service mission.
Brad holds a J.D., with honors, from the George Washington University Law School. He earned his B.A. in Political Science, summa cum laude, from Boston University.
