Maynard’s Cybersecurity & Privacy Practice Expands Team with the Addition of Thomas Ritter and Xeris Gregory
Maynard’s Cybersecurity & Privacy Practice recently added two new associates, Thomas Ritter and Xeris Gregory, to our nationally recognized team. Our two newest attorneys complement and strengthen our team’s core tenants: depth of legal knowledge, technical expertise, and unmatched practical business sense.
Thomas Ritter joins Maynard in Nashville as an Associate. He has served as data breach response counsel to organizations of all sizes, across various business and industry sectors, addressing the entire lifecycle of incident response. Thomas has also assisted clients in the implementation of robust information security and privacy programs designed to develop practical solutions around the collection, use, protection and transfer of information.
Xeris Gregory joins Maynard in Birmingham as an Associate. She works with the Firm’s team members to assist clients with privacy and cybersecurity litigation, compliance, policy development, regulatory investigations, and risk evaluations. Xeris also evaluates cyber liability insurance coverage to best position claims for maximum insurance recovery.
