Overview
Will is Of Counsel in Maynard Nexsen’s Complex & Commercial Litigation practice group. He also supports work in the Firm’s Appellate subgroup.
Will served as a judicial clerk for Justice Clarence Thomas of the United States Supreme Court.
Prior to joining Maynard Nexsen, Will clerked for Chief Judge William H. Pryor, Jr. of the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit and for Associate Justice Jay Mitchell of the Alabama Supreme Court.
Will previously served as a member of the Firm's Insurance and Financial Services practice groups, defending national and global companies in high-stakes cases involving claims of fraudulent sales practices, bad faith, fraud, and breach of contract and fiduciary duty.
Will holds a J.D., magna cum laude, from Harvard Law School. While in law school, he was managing editor of the Journal for Law & Public Policy and development chairman of the Federalist Society. Will received his B.A. in Government and Economics from the University of Virginia, where he was a member of the Virginia Men's Club Rowing team.
